The property is classed as three bedroom, with enclosed patios, indirectly overlooking pool. Prices quoted are per week, in GB Pounds, (and include a 10% discount, from agency pricing) and are for the property, not per person. When comparing prices, these quoted here exclude the local 7% tax, as do the agency prices, but these do include the air conditioning surcharge. Short breaks and extra days may have a surcharge.
All arrangements are made through the owners at the bottom of the page, and then through the on-site managing agents, efficiently run by Linda. They arrange for all cleaning and laundering, before and at the end of your stay, and will organise all transportation, to and from the airport, rental cars, shopping and other services at local rates. Welcome packs of general groceries or special items can be ordered in advance at local prices, and additional equipment; high chairs, folding beds, baby cots etc. can be rented at a small charge. All bed linen, towels, kitchen towels etc. are included. For bookings of more than 7 days, a change over of bed linen & towels and 1 hour superficial cleaning is included in the price.

There are no other complexs on the Costa del Sol having the same level of facilities, a child friendly atmosphere, a large % of english owners and holiday makers, next to the beach and so forth. The nearest we could find when purchasing the property, charged some 25% more per week. Needless to say, no-one goes there.
