The Property

The Accomodation - Tastefully furnished to an excellent standard, the property rises from garden terraces complete with Bougainvillia and swimming pools. The town house, in a tropical garden setting was designed along traditional Andalucian lines, with marble floored rooms opening onto two patio areas, built for year round luxury living, with all possible facilities, enjoying a beautiful view over the pool where young children will be playing. Pathways meander through manicured courtyards, leading down to the sandy beach. And as you walk, it almost seems that every corner reveals yet another of Villacana Club's private swimming pools. A bar and restaurant are located beside the main outdoor pool, along with a games centre for the children. Within a few hundred yards, you'll find the squash court, gym and outdoor tennis courts, as well as beach facilities including watersports directly in front of the club (during the summer only). There are several beach bars within walking distance, suitable for all ages. The resort has its own well-stocked supermarket, with fresh produce delivered daily.

Outside - The Courtyards

The rear courtyard is ideal for bar-b-ques (built in) and eating al-fresco, with the small pool just 10 yards from the door. Children can be watched through the window, or loungers taken to the pool side where the sun shines most of the day.

As you can see the house is a riot of colour through the whole year, and all the flowers and gardens are looked after by the management of Villacana so all you have to do is enjoy.

A similar courtyard to the front is used for storage, and for drying the washing, and there (and under the stairs) you will find all the beach equipment.

It is also much cooler than the other courtyeard and is lovely for breakfast in the mornings, away from the sun.

Downstairs

Kitchen

Inside you will find a modern kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer, microwave and all the cutlery, crockery and implements you'd expect to find when catering for two families or four or more singles.

It is normal practice that the cleaners remove all perishables so all items you need on arrival should be brought with you or ordered in advance to be there on your arrival. The supermarket (2 mins walk) opens at 9:30 most days and the bar serves food till around 9:00pm

Dining Room and Lounge

The dining room has a table for more formal dining. To the rear you can see the front courtyard for storage and with additional table and chairs

The lounge has a wood burning fireplace, hard wearing leather sofa and chairs, satellite TV/DVD/Nintendo, and a selection of novels for holiday browsing.

In the cupboards you will find all the family games; cards, cluedo, monopoly, risk and many more favourites for young and old. There are tennis rackets and balls too.

Upstairs & Utilities

	Hallways
	The stairs lead up to a landing with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms off. 'Smaller' Bedroom This bedroom is fitted with two single beds and the chest of drawers.
	Master Bedroom The master bedroom has twin beds with mattresses that can joined to form a large double. You must advise the agents whether you want it as a double or two singles prior to arriving so that the correct sheets and covers can be put on.
	The room has extensive wardrobes, and double doors opening onto the rear courtyard with a view over the pool
	Third Bedroom The third bedroom is a larger size and is cooler in the summer, as it does not have the sun streaming in. It has the same type of beds, the same wardrobes and doors opening out over the front courtyard
	All bedrooms in the house have air conditioniong and all wardrobes have extensive hanging and drawer space
	Again, like the master bedroom, it has two singles that can be made into a large double. You must advise the agents whether you want it as a double or two singles prior to arriving so that the correct sheets and covers can be put on.

The Bathrooms

Two bathrooms are available, the main one with full size bath and shower, toilet, basin, cupboards etc. and the second with a sink, toilet and shower cubicle
