Powered by a 270hp Volvo stern drive, the 'Ellipse 21' carries eight people with ease and will pull skiers, doughnuts and wakeboards all day. It is five years old, the engine hours are only 300. On the boat are skis for adults and children, a wakeboard, fishing rods, life jackets, tape/radio- everything you need for enjoyable day and evenings out.

Typical trips are first thing in the morning and late in the evening for water sports when the seas is flat calm, and anytime to; Sotogrande, Puerto Banus, Duquesa. Day trips out with the children for swimming and/or fishing trips in the evening.

We are looking for one more partner to share all the costs. As such there will be a share of the purchase costs to be put up (returnable less depreciation, when your part is sold on or the boat itself is sold), and a third share of the running costs. Petrol, of course is down to the user, and we would expect the boat to be full, when it is left for the next user.

Initial Costs

The boat retails around Europe for 45,000 Euros - new and is currently worth around 21000 Euros, so the initial up sum required for a third share would be 6,750 Euros

Running Costs

Mooring fee per annum = 2200 Euros

Insurance = 500 Euros, fully comprehensive, including skiing and doughnuts

There may be an additional cost for antifouling in the winter and a routine service

So running costs per annum between three would be 1000 Euros per annum each

Ownership and Use

It is expected that part owners will own a property, in or around Estepona, and that their usage will not conflict too much with the other owners.
